ForemanJob Location : BahrainDuties and Responsibilities:?Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors; monitoring and controlling performance.?To assign shifts and responsibilities to all workers according to their capabilities?Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews?Create and monitor schedules for each worker and ensure that he has the physical and mental ability to cope?They have to ensure all safety and company rules a followed?Ensure accuracy of work orders prior to handing them out and make sure that time efficiency is taken into account?Monitor daily construction procedures to ensure that proper quality is maintained and that schedules are being followed?Handle onsite incidents and emergencies in a proactive manner?Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.Qualifications:?Proven experience as construction foreman supervisor?In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines?Strong ability to build relationships, lead others into action, and work exceptionally well under pressure?Ability to communicate in English and make report effectively?Ability to effectively manage personnel?Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times?Good physical condition and endurance?High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc)
