? Results-driven milling professional establishing performance benchmarks in planning, scheduling, monitoring and maintenance of processing machines in the mills without incidences of time/cost overruns? Proficient in milling techniques including wheat cleaning, grading, setting and operation of mill machinery, profit and losses measures, maintenance of all milling machinery, health and safety practices, and production of different flour grades? Demonstrated professional excellence in boosting productivity, cutting costs and fostering efficiency in a production setting with proven track record of assisting and coordinating the activities with seniors for cleaning and grinding grain and in bolting flour to ensure milling, according to specifications? Strong skills in production, quality control, mill maintenance and implementation of predictive, planned and preventive maintenance practices to maximize functional availability of mill machines? Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with proficiency at grasping new concepts quickly and utilize the same in a productive manner. Thrive in a deadline intensive environment, multi-task, perform under pressure and meet deadlines. Independently handle wheat cleaning machines ensuring their working capacity to remove all impurities? Handling of following products; Pasta, Vermicelli, Semolina, Refined Wheat Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, Durum Semolina etc.? Extend necessary assistance to shift miller to monitor the mill operations and to identify areas ofobstruction/breakdowns and assist in taking corrective measures to rectify the same throughapplication of trouble shooting tools? Physio-chemical analysis of raw materials and finished products (Wheat and flour), shelf life analysis, HACCP, ISO 2200-2005, FSMS (Food Safety Management System) Storage of Raw material, FIFO, GLP, Lab safety, sample analysis. Handling of chemicals and Glassware Equipment?s.Service-focused, dedicated professional, proposing illustrated experience in directing the production quality & maintenance with key focus on top-line and bottom-line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources? Subject Matter Expert; expertise in ensuring risk management in proactive approach & deliver commitments in compliance with TAT; exposure in planning day-to-day strategies, budgets, production schedules, along with resource allocation for optimum output? In-depth knowledge of coordinating competes plant operations for the standards with answerability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives? Expert Planner & Strategist; successfully minimized performance bottlenecks for high productivity by ensuring safety, food safety, product quality, customer satisfaction, timely delivery, costs and environment Computer proficiency includes MS Office and ERP Oracle
