Key Responsibilities:1. Cost Estimation- Conduct detailed analysis of project plans to prepare precise cost estimates.- Develop unit rates for construction activities using historical data and market insights.- Implement contingency planning to account for unforeseen costs.2. Material and Labor Requirements- Perform comprehensive material takeoffs from project drawings.- Accurately assess labor requirements based on project scope.- Plan resources effectively for each project phase.3. Drawings Preparation- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accurate and complete drawings.- Prepare cost plans that align with design specifications.- Manage revisions to drawings and estimates as project scopes evolve.4. Quotation Follow-Up- Analyze and compare submitted quotations from suppliers and contractors.- Seek clarifications on discrepancies to ensure accuracy.- Negotiate terms and prices for the best deals.5. Procurement of Materials- Identify and evaluate local suppliers for quality and cost-effectiveness.- Engage with international suppliers when necessary.- Coordinate logistics for material delivery, ensuring compliance with quality standards.Job Details:- Location: Bahrain- salary: 400 BD monthly (Negotiable based on experience)- Hours 8 hours a day, 6 days a week- Holidays: As per Bahrain labor lawRequirements:- Experience: Must have 5 years experience in the steel fabrication industry and fit-out works.- **Immediate Local Transfer**: Must be available for urgent hiring. And Available in Bahrain.- Candidates should reside nearby Adliya, Gudaibiya, Umalhassam, or Segaya for convenient transportation.
