Diving SuperintendentJob Location : BahrainSummary of Duties:Responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and executing of marine and diving works of the company including management and maintenance of all diving technologies, tools, and equipment.?Plan, prepare operation plans with budget allocations, and execute all diving and boat operations of the company to an international standard.?Establish priorities and ensures effective diving operations management to achieve, quality, timing, and cost target.?Evaluate the resources requirement and make sure that they are available and efficiently and safely used.?Exercise the overall responsibility of staff under him including aspects related to high-quality recruitment of all diving workforce, performance and attendance management execution, and retention and training and development management in coordination with the HR Department.?Ensure that safety procedures are adhered to at all times taking into consideration the HSE & IMCA requirements.?Attend meetings and coordinate with clients & other departments/sections of the company within the assigned function to achieve company objectives and deliverables.?Prepare internal and client diving reports and operational diving manuals as required.?Implement company diving policies, rules, and regulations.?Perform other functions in line with the position as required by the Superior.Requirements:?Holds qualification requirement or Equivalent?CDAS Inland Dive Supervisor, IMCA Trainee Offshore Air Dive Supervisor Certificate/ IMCA/SA Labour Card Class II - Australian Part 3 No Restriction or UK HSE Equivalent?HSE Diving Medical (valid/updated)?Minimum of 10 years experience in Diving management and operations?Experience of 10 years as an air diver in offshore/inshore diving works (Subsea Pipelines/Structures, Jackets, SPM/SBM, CBM, Ship Class Inspection & Maintenance, Marine & Civil Construction Work).?Familiar with Risk Management Implementation & Plan?Abreast with all relevant legislation and diving regulations?Excellent Knowledge of Diving Work Terminologies and Usage?Advanced knowledge in Video Editing, Microsoft Word Office, Powerpoint & Excel
