Founded in Bahrain, our mission is to globalise the sport of MMA and the legacy of Bahrain around the world.We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist who will drive the success of our global social media, web, and digital media channels. Youll work across social networks and website properties to drive brand awareness and engagement with our audience.The ideal candidate will have inputs into the design and branding of campaigns (both paid and organic), craft social media posts, manage our social media communities, create videos, identify and engage influencers, track and optimize social media metrics, and more!Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic social media and digital marketing specialist with knowledge and experience operating in the sports markets.Key Responsibilities:Execute, optimize and measure social media and content campaigns (organic and paid) in order to support branding efforts across all global platformsSupport with all social media copywriting needsCollaborate with production team to create, refine, and optimize social contentUse social listening tools to generate insights, fuel social conversationEngage in conversations in all relevant forums and community groupsTest new social content formats and creative social angles constantlyManage day to day community management initiatives and social media calendarManage multi-channel communications on Twitter, , YouTube, Facebook and InstagramBuild meaningful relationships with fans and provide first-class customer supportImplement digital advertising efforts across all global platformsEducate internal departments and team members on social media best practicesAnalyse analytics to gauge the success of campaignsREQUIREMENTS:2-4 years experience in digital marketing, social media, or similar fieldExperience building social media strategy for a brand. Executing on that strategy, and reporting results.Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environmentExperience with organic and paid channels on , Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram; and social management toolsFamiliarity with SEOStrong organizational skills to manage workflow, multitask, and meet deadlinesAbility to work nights and weekendsStrong creativity and passion for creating responsive, interesting contentCreative mindsetJob Type: Full-timePlease specify and subjecting the post you appalling.Salary starting from BHD 400 (As per your experience and upon performance)Job Types: Full-time, Permane Salary: BHD 400 to 500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
