DieticianMain Duties :•Coming up with core meal plans for general patients, for special requests or for critical needs.•Develop ,implement and monitor a plan of care, based on assessment of the patients nutritional needs•Being responsible for the facility, provision and evaluation of the nutrition die tic service to patients.•Follow up with nutritional assessments, up to date care plans and patient review as required.•Liaise with the medical /nursing teams, allied health professionals and other members of the hospital staff in planning the nutritional case of the patients.•Develop and implement protocols an individual nutritional care plans based on best practice for residents /patients.•Deliver care within the multidisciplinary team approach attending ward rounds, team meetings, and clinical review meetings as necessary and when practicable.•Review, develop and implement clinical standards and protocols in line with current NHRA guidelines and facility policies with specific attention to high risk patient group’s including older adults and patients with life limiting conditions.Requirements:•Bachelors Degree in Nutritions/ Food science or other recognized certifications•Minimum of 3 years of experience as a DieticianOther Essential Requirements:•Excellent verbal and written English communication skills•Knowledge of food hygiene and best practices in health and safety standards.•Maintaining high levels of record keeping, ordering of stock and stock control.•Overseeing other tasks meeting client demands.•Enrolling in training programs as required by the management.Job Location : Bahrain
