Design Head - Interior Fit Out & JoineryJob Location : BahrainDescription:?Preparing Shop Drawing and As built drawings for consultant Approval/Contracting.?Preparing architectural drawings mainly Joinery & Interior fit out for Authority Approval.?Responsible for making detailed shop drawings based on concept for production.?Coordinate with Production Managers, Project Managers and Designers to gather necessary technical design and changes.?Prepare, read and interpret drawings and sketches.?Follow client or consultant specifications to prepare technical fit out, joinery and coordination drawings for execution.?Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.?Communicating with designers and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.?Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.?Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.?Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.?Knowledge of materials and hardware is must.Requirements:?Should have minimum 8-10 years of experience as Interior and Joinery senior draftsman.?Should have excellent verbal and written skill in English.?Available to join immediately.?Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering?Diploma In Civil Engineering
