Key tasks-Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy, and the safety of consumable goods by always respecting hygiene regulations-Respects the instructions and safety guidelines for the equipment used-Applies the hotels security regulations (in case of fire etc)-Respects the hotels commitments to the ""Environment Charter"" (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc) "-Preparing and presents the dishes in line with cooking instructions and the supervisors instructions-Helps receive deliveries and tidies food items according to storage guidelines-Helps keep equipment used in good condition-Cleans and tidies the workplace following the supervisors instructions-To provide assistance to other sections whenever needed to cope up with volume of operation."-Fully aware of ACCOR and Mercure programs-Fully aware of the ACOR values-Should perform other duties assigned by superior(s).-Contributes to guest satisfaction by:-Assisting chef de partie in preparing ""hot"" and/or ""cold"" dishes in line with the supervisors instructions-Preparing ""hot"" or ""Cold"" dishes in line with supervisors instruction during the absence of chef de partie-Helping deliver the dishes-Respecting the food health and safety standards and procedures REQUIREMENTS: SkillsLevel of Education-OthersAreas of study-OtherProfessional experiences-1 to 2 yearsLanguages essential-Arabic
