Construction ManagerJob Location : BahrainRequirements:?Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering is a must.?Proven working experience in construction management (a minimum of 13 years).?Eligible for CREPP Grade A or B.?Knowledge of construction management processes, building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.?Excellent verbal & written communication skills.?Competent in conflict and crisis management.?Leadership, time and project management skills.Responsibilities :?Oversees and directs construction projects from conception to completion.?Reviews the project in-depth to schedule deliverables?Delegates work/ responsibilities to the team and ensuring follow through on the same.?Coordinates and directs construction workers and subcontractors.?Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.?Meets regularly with Clients, Consultants and other managers to report on progress.?Setting targets, objectives and responsibilities for all supervised staff.?Regularly review timings, labour, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track.?Inspects work, checking materials in line with the Contract Specifications.?Ensuring staff are following health and safety guidelines through allotted safety officers.?Co-ordinate with other internal departments for the timely deployment of all resources?Ensures the delivery of high-quality work within contract timescales.?Meets contractual conditions of performance.?Reviews the work progress on day-to-day basis.?Prepares internal and external reports pertaining to job status.?Plans ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.?Analyses, manages and mitigates risks,?Ensures quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.?Performs ad-hoc duties as per request of manager.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, ContractContract length: 36 monthsSalary: From BD800.000 per month
