Commi 2Job Location : BahrainResponsibilities:?Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes, following the recipes and standards set by the restaurant.?Maintain cleanliness and organization in your workstation, ensuring adherence to sanitation and safety guidelines.?Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.?Learn from and support senior chefs in executing menu items and presenting dishes to the highest standards.?Demonstrate creativity and suggest ideas to enhance our menu offerings and overall dining experience.Requirements:?Prior experience as a Commi 2 or in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant is preferred.?Sound knowledge of culinary techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.?Passion for food, enthusiasm for learning, and a strong work ethic.?Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.?Availability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.?Possession of food safety and sanitation certification is desirable.Salary: The salary for the Commi 2 position will be discussed during the interview.
