Job Description

Job Profile: The Commercial Sales Manager?is responsible for overseeing business sales in the following sectors:

  • Retail pleasure boats sales
  • Military & commercial vessels sales
  • Suzuki marine
  • Garmin
  • Marine accessories (retail sales)
  • Showroom activities
Role Outline: Reporting to the CEO to plan and promote sales activities, meeting targets and driving business forward.?Duties & Responsibilities: -??????Managing commercial units performance, including profitability, revenue, pricing and cost of goods sold. ?-??????Lead role in advising around pricing and commercial contracts.-??????Arranging & negotiating contract terms.-??????Supporting sales divisions & marketing team by conducting analysis of commercial opportunities.-??????Preparing models to assess future profitability of identified opportunities.-??????Taking a lead role in solving commercial issues that may arise.-??????Development of financial plans including budgeting and forecasting for the short and long term.??-??????Reducing operational cost.-??????Driving efficiencies-??????Supporting sales staff-??????Managing staff effectiveness-??????Analyzing sales data.
