Cleaning SupervisorDescription :•To ensure all Service Level Agreements are honored and if there is any failure be the first to inform the Site Manager•To ensure the measurable quality control system is in place and is monitored on an agreed ongoing basis•To ensure that staff are trained to a minimum level –BICS 10 skills within three months of appointment•To ensure no client is lost or becomes dissatisfied due to unacceptable standards of dress or performance•To be proactive in identifying and implementing added value opportunities, on an ongoing basis•To clearly understand clients requirements and that the right employees are in the right place with the correct level of training at the right timeRequirements•Education: Secondary/Higher/Vocational Diploma or equivalent•Experience is a mustLocation : Bahrain
