Catering / Kitchen Supervisor for Large Catering Company in BahrainJob Location: BahrainSalary: 200 BD + FoodDuty: 9 HoursRequirements:•Large catering company is multi-faceted, requiring strong leadership, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and customer service.•Oversee kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, dishwashers, and other kitchen personnel.•Assign tasks, manage workflows, and ensure staff adheres to proper food safety and hygiene standards.•Provide training and guidance to new staff and ensure ongoing development of team skills.•Ensure that the kitchen is adequately staffed at all times, including monitoring attendance and scheduling shifts.•Food preparation oversight, inventory and stock control, health and safety compliance, quality control and presentation, event coordination.Note: Online client interview soon – send resume & documents for shortlisting.
