To be part of development, implementation, updating and management Computer Aided Facilities Management System (CAFM).
To ensure that the asset and maintenance schedule data within the CAFM system is accurately and consistently maintained and delivered in order to meet statutory and contractual requirements.
Liaising with O&M contractor to upload outstanding requests i.e PPM and corrective maintenance.
Ensure all planned and reactive work orders are completed as per service standards
To establish performance metrics and service Level Agreements and KPIs.
Manage day to day operational aspects of FM contractors? responsibilities via CAFM system and ensure compliance with KPIs including response and resolutions times.
Proactively managing input and output to manage performance.
Produce management reports around maintenance requests and analysis to drive continuous performance.
