A well-established construction company in Bahrain is seeking a skilled and experienced Boom Loader Operator to join our site operations team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience operating heavy equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency in material handling and site logistics.Key Responsibilities:Operate the boom loader safely and efficiently at various construction sitesLoad, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment as requiredPerform daily checks and basic maintenance of the machineFollow site safety rules and comply with equipment operating proceduresCoordinate with site supervisors and logistics teams for material movementReport any equipment faults or operational hazards immediatelyRequirements:Valid Boom Loader Operator license/certificationMinimum 2–3 years of experience operating boom loaders, preferably in the GCCKnowledge of heavy equipment safety standards and practicesPhysically fit and able to work in outdoor environmentsBasic mechanical knowledge is an advantageStrong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
