Job Description

Assistant Purchasing ManagerAre you a passionate, people-focused, driven Procurement, or Purchasing person? Then, we have the job for you! As an Assistant Purchasing Manager. You should have proven experience as an Assistant Purchasing Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Managing purchase orders, completing and maintaining purchase orders for raw goods, materials, and supplies.
  • Oversee vendor activities
  • Manage inventory and maintain purchase order
Your experience and skills include:
  • Bachelors degree in a related area such as the business of economics, logistics, supply chain management, or purchasing
  • 2-3 years of proven Purchasing experience in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Sharp Problem-Solving Skills
  • Competency using a variety of computer softwares
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
