Job Description

Aqua Aerobics Instructor (Part Time)The Aqua Aerobics instructor is in charge of teaching safe, effective, and enjoyable group water exercise classes, as well as improving the aquatics fitness programs quality, growth, and retention. The instructor fosters a positive environment that promotes the well-being of our guests.What you will be doing:

  • Leads exciting, enjoyable, safe, and instructive group water exercise sessions
  • Ensures that all safety regulations and procedures are followed as well as allincidents and injuries are addressed and reported..
  • Tracks session attendance and fills out necessary documentation.
  • Provides outstanding customer service to all members, guests, and staff.
  • Answers queries from members in order to assist them in accomplishing their healthy living goals.
Qualification:
  • CPR, First Aid, AED, Oxygen administration, IFTA, Fit Tour, or equivalent, and Water Fitness Instructor certification are all required (or equivalent)
  • Preferably, a lifeguard certification.
  • Experience teaching group wellness sessions for at least one year is preferred.
