AccountantDepartment: Accounts and FinanceReports To: Accounts and Finance ManagerResponsibilities:• Maintain accurate financial records for e-commerce transactions and manage accounts payable and receivable.• Prepare and review financial statements and generate and analyse financial reports.• Process and reconcile online sales, refunds, and fees, and match bank statements with payment gateway reports.• Ensure adherence to accounting principles and regulations, assist with audits, and maintain internal controls.• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting and monitor and analyse budget variances.• Utilize accounting software and ensure accuracy of financial data, integrating it with e-commerce platforms.• Collaborate with various departments to resolve financial issues and provide insights to improve financial processes.• Include “Red volcano†in the subject line to ensure that you have read the complete job description.• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations and recommend improvements to accounting practices.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.• 3-5 years of accounting experience, with a preference for experience in the eCommerce sector.• Strong understanding of accounting principles and audit practices.• Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.• Proficiency in Accounting ERP, MS Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Location: Bahrain
