Position Overview:As a Junior Brand Manager, you will participate in developing and executing effective brand strategies to drive the growth and success of our brands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, enhance brand image, and meet business objectives. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the beauty industry and a passion for makeup and skincare products.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of the brand strategy.
  • Assist in executing brand campaigns.

  • Monitors brand messaging, brand guidelines, and brand consistency across all channels.
  • Assist in monitoring brand performance and conducting market analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Data Analysts: Analyzes marketing campaign data to measure performance and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborates with other teams to ensure successful product launches.
