Controlling all operations, managing market activities, managing operations departments, and monitoring daily operationsin the market-Developing plans and strategies to achieve goals through proper planningand studies within the specified time and within the available financial controls and setting priorities-Developing the companys market strategy and clarifying it to the employees. As well as developing a plans to organize the needs ofemployees in order to make sure of perfect running of the operational process-Distributing tasks and responsibilities to the work team, organizing the work force and ensuring that the employee understands their duties, work, and training and ensuring that they understand the tasks assigned to them-Responsible for managing and organizing employee schedules, coordinating job rotation, making work schedules and shifts, following up on their implementation and obligating the employee to follow them-Fully responsible for the supervision of products and items in coordination with the Department of Food in the General Administration of the group-Ensuringthe safety of storage in the sub-warehouse of the market-Supervising and ensuring the implementation of the approved policies and laws of the company and the discovery and creation of practical ideas to improve the results of sales and monitoring of the work force and the follow-up of the marketing campaigns-Supervising the provision of a trained service, increasing customer satisfaction, drawing a mental image of customers and gaining customer loyalty- Accurately deal with customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions-Supervising the work schedule for the departments, the employee, and the schedule for rest and vacations-Supervising the employee?s evaluation and providing feedback to improve productivity-Follow up on the needs of tools and products for operations, and report on requests on a regular basis.-Monitoring of sales performance evaluation and performance indicators measurement (KPIs)-Generate detailed reports periodically on expenses on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis-Guiding and directing the team and giving feedback periodically, spreading positive energy in the opinion of team members and understanding the capabilities ofemployees through trainings and follow-up.
