Job Description

  • Providing help and advice to customers using products or services.
  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
  • Investigating and solving customers problems and complaints, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants.
  • Issuing refunds or compensation to customers and handle the return of retail channels.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer dataAnalyzing customer recorded data or other data to:Know exactly the level of customer satisfactionset the developmental actions to be implementedreport the analysis to the managementDevelop the data to be taken from the customer and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Developing feedback tools or complaints procedures for customers to use.Improving customer service procedures, policies and standardsMeeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service.
  • Being involved in customer service staff recruitment and appraisals.
  • Training the staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.
  • Coach, direct and support the customer service staff.
  • Learning about your organization?s products or services and keeping up to date with changes.
  • Keeping ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses.
  • Responsible for the showrooms image through following up the dress code of Retail staff and the music play, display of products and the products cleanness in all showrooms.
  • Follow up resolving the customer complaints until reach the customer satisfaction and recommend solutions to the related parties to avoid having the same cases in the future.
  • Performs other duties as and when requested by the direct and manager and within the scope of role.
