Job Description

Job summaryThe post-holder will primarily support hospital therapy and product training needs of customers within the hospitals. Support Hospital Nurse to establish new center standards and practices.Responsibilities

  • Working alongside the Sales and Marketing team, the post-holder will aim to develop and maintain high-quality and effective education programs for patients, nurses and specialists as per the strategic account management plan.
  • Plans and oversees the implementation of programs of care that allows patients to understand, perform and independently manage their own therapy prescription so that the therapy can be safely performed at home.
  • Proactively drive appropriate initiatives at the local level following new product launches and / or revised methods of product positioning.
  • Always maintain stringent vigilance for competitor activities and ensure that Sales and Marketing team members are immediately informed of new findings.
  • Maintains accurate records of all education programs and attendees; action plans for each customer; patient growth ? retention ? drop out data for dedicated centre.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all customers
  • Discuss therapy management interventions with specialists/nurses as required.
  • Operate within clearly defined operational procedures and protocols, made available by the company, and work toward constantly reviewing these as and when required.
  • Utilize sales and educational tools provided by the company to conduct effective clinical discussions with customers
  • Other tasks and responsibilities associated with this role that the Company may reasonably require from time to time
  • Builds and promotes a positive image of the company at all times.
  • Organize training for the distributor staff and authorized homecare organizations as and when required
  • Prompt reporting of AE/Product complaints if any
  • Coordinate with sales team for the requirement of HC machines and supplies
  • Timely reporting of patient addition to the sales team
  • Weekly reporting of clinical activities
  • Monthly reporting of patients data with sales and marketing team
  • Monthly reporting of Clinical Activities
  • Responsibility of achieving the patients
