As a competitor of Hilti, we pride ourselves on delivering superior products and services to our customers.Position Overview:We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team and spearhead our marketing and sales efforts in the southern region of Iraq, based in Baghdad. The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in promoting and selling Fischer Fixing System products, establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving business growth in the designated territory.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for Fischer Fixing System products in the southern region of Iraq.
  • Identify and target potential customers, including contractors, architects, consultants, and construction companies, through effective market research and analysis.
  • Conduct regular visits to customer sites to understand their requirements, provide technical expertise, and offer appropriate product recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and technical seminars to showcase the features and benefits of Fischer Fixing System products.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate product demonstrations, trials, and installations to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and propose effective strategies.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to the management team on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and trade show participation to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Act as a technical advisor and consultant to customers, offering expert guidance on product selection, installation techniques, and problem-solving.
