Responsible for the overall management of Carman Business Centre (CBC) facilities
and delivery of life support to clients and colleagues.
Provide client meet and greet capability and remain client point of contact 24/7 for all
CBC functions (accommodation, welfare, feeding, security, laundry etc). Be the Front
of House (FOH) of Control Risks at CBC and maintain the service standards our
clients expect.
Maintain accommodation tracker in close collaboration with operations and
commercial departments to maximise CBC availability with strategic client demand.
Maintain CBC real estate within budget and to expected standards.
Manage life support provider across all functional areas for delivery within CBC and
against key performance indicators.
