Job Description

Position Overview:As a Brand Manager, you will participate in developing and executing effective brand strategies to drive the growth and success of our brands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, enhance brand image, and meet business objectives. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the beauty industry, and a passion for makeup and skincare products.Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of the brand strategy.
  • Executes brand campaigns, and oversees advertising and PR activities.
  • Develops promotional strategies
  • Manages brand messaging, brand guidelines, and brand consistency across all channels.
  • Monitors brand performance and conducts market analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Data Analysts: Analyzes marketing campaign data to measure performance and optimize strategies, and provide recommendations for marketing decisions.
  • Collaborates with other teams to ensure successful product launches.
