Writing Agreements such as Settlement, Joint Ventures, Assignment, Commercial Agencies and others
Writing Reports for the litigation cases
Able to translate courts decision to English
High level of experience with the civil law
Experienced with the labour law and most of the Iraqi laws which are poplar
There will be travelling to provinces in Iraq to attend the hearing.
