Job Description

The position supervises (designation(s), grades & number of people involved) Sales, Service, Parts

  1. Accountable for implementation of the brands business plan in the region.
  2. P & L responsibility for the Iraq Operations. ?
3.????Responsible for the full spectrum of the business that includes sales & marketing, operations, supply chain and general administration.4.???Effective Co-ordination with HQ and other departments across the organization to devise and implement new business strategies. 5.????Oversee preparation and approval of the annual budgets, country and regional strategies and long-term business plans.6.???Control, minimize and efficiently manage the allocated resources of the business.7.????Execute all aspects of sales and marketing activities, such as brand management, positioning, pricing, communications & marketing promotion.8.???Develop the organizational structure and team while clearly outlining responsibilities and accountabilities for the team members.9.???Supporting the various HR initiatives as and when required. 10.?Effective liaising with regulatory bodies and various other local government authorities for smooth functioning of the business.?
