Job Description

Liberal Construction was established in 2010 in support of the U.S. Military?s mission in OCONUS and is headquartered in the U.S. in Virginia. We provide design/build (D/B) and design/bid/build (D/B/B) services for Federal and private sector customers.?The core of our business is our people. We are looking for a dynamic Administration & Business Compliance Manager to spearhead the opening of a branch in Iraq as well as supervise daily administrative, compliance and operations of our company.?The candidate must be an Iraqi National.?Responsibilities

  1. Administer and assume complete responsibility for all business formation processes, company registrations and licensing.
  2. Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  3. Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and general office administration.
  4. Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
  5. Monitor and coordinate insurance compliance across DBA, Health, Life, Property etc.
  6. Manage, monitor and track vendor eligibility requirements.
  7. Perform document control, keeping well-organized files, databases and records of business activities.
  8. Coordinate with various departments to maintain track of all project schedule, ensure compliance to all time frames and prepare effective work schedules in coordination with construction personnel.
  9. File, prepare and maintain monthly calendars of events and activities.
  10. Support with vetting subcontractor eligibility for defense projects.
