Works closely with site management to gain feedback on how to improve the relationship with Travel Department.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Oversee and reviews outgoing materials and correspondence for internal consistency and conformity with established procedures.* Manage work to meet deadlines often under tight time frames and assist team members when required.* Orders and maintains supplies for department.* Coordinates with PMO travel as required to support mission pertaining to mobilization/TDY* Maintain a close working relationship with Iraq HR in order to promote mission support operations* Support functional managers in order to promote mobilization IAW with mission requirements* Assist with the submission and tracking USG BEC VAR IAW RSO policy* Responsible for Visa life cycle tracking and renewals as required (Emergency & multi-entry), Coordinating with BEC LMC for visa application submissions and AEBEA for blood draw* Primary POC with ILA and BEC LNC as required* Supports Force Protection with badging, RSO security briefs, and VARs in their absence, to ensure no mission interruptions* Oversee Travel Department staff and provide prioritization of work assignments* Produce and submit GSO support requests for BIAP expediter and shuttle support as required and IAW GSO policy* Supports travel requirements not of a routine nature 24/7, Providing support as required for evacuation and or otherwise unscheduled departures/demobilization* Oversee and track employee passport expirations ensuring compliance with MOI POE policy* Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to affect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.* Advise employees on available resources for passport renewal* Perform Audits of passports and passport documents as required* Assist with employee travel request validation* Assist with Invoice Validation* Communicate daily with HR cell* Participate in all hands as may be required in order to promote information exchange with employees* Develop and foster mutually supporting and friendly relationships with DoS agencies for the purpose of supporting mission requirements and company reputation* Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of State Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT)* Perform other duties as assignedQualificationsEDUCATION REQUIRED:* High School diploma or GED Preferred: * A.A./A.S or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:* Four (4) years in the clerical field preferable as an administrative assistant.* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook).* Excellent mathematical skills.* Focused individual with exceptional organizational skills.* Able to work independently.
