Prepare and update the project schedule. Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan. Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management. Prepares and submits updated work program
Monitor day-to-day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report. Provide manpower analysis and trends for forecasting and assessing resource availability.�
Gather actual data, update project schedule, and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from the project team. Preparation of close-out reports and creating/maintaining the historical database, improving quality of feedback to tender/project.
