Sales Coordinator/Administrator Hiring AdLocation: KSA Riyadh Salary Range: 5000 ? 6000 SAR Female Applicants are preferredWE ARE HIRING! Join our team to work with the largest distributor of film and cinema equipment in MENA region Advanced Media Trading KSA. Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support the sales team to improve their productivity by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events
  • Coordinate with Sales and Logistics departments to ensure sales, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone
  • Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly
  • Responsible for creating and overseeing file systems that securely store sales items, like records, reports, budgets, and financial information
