Performing managerial tasks, such as scheduling and coordinating meetings, maintaining inventory, boats and Marine machines and equipment, reporting and documents filing, and evaluating employee performance.
Collaborate with the team to ensure the Marina is providing consistently excellent products and service, and address employee and customer concerns.
Handling and supervising the daily and routine Marina operational tasks and provide direction to staff.
Engaging in many of the same activities as Marina manage and stepping into the manager?s shoes in his absence.
Leading by example, while providing support and training to Marina staff.
Perform any other task requested by the Marina Manager.
