Job Description

Automation Engineer ? Lighting (Department Sales Lighting)Primary Objective Sales, Design, Estimation, Project Management, Testing & Commissioning.We need experience in ELV and Home Automation systems.Duties:? Responsible for all lighting automation and controls systems, design, specification, programming, assembly, start-up assistance and after sales support.? Responsible to meet the sales targets set by the organization and make plans to achieve this.? Should have good knowledge and understanding in reading the SLD layouts, Schematics, Panel designs, technical datasheets etc.? Should have good exposure to international brands in KNX, Lutron etc.? Able to handle testing and commissioning of the systems along with the technical execution team to manage and delivery the project on time.? Reporting to divisional head on their daily, weekly and planned work activities and target due dates.? Should have good co-ordinations skill in project execution from the time of material ordering to project delivery.? Comply with the Companys health and safety policy.? Flexible to sell inter BU products (Electrical products / Lighting / DB / Panels etc)People Management:? Ability to manage a wide variety of people at project site.? Ability to interact directly with clients in a professional manner.? Willingness to develop a deep understanding of client needs.Other:? Flexibility to travel worldwide as required for project deliveries.? Knowledge of AutoCAD is must.? Ownership of project responsibilities and dedication to client satisfaction.? Proactive attitude and determination to succeed.? Demonstrable experience in managing complex projects.? Advanced knowledge of Lutron / KNX / Dynalite system is must applications.? Flexibility to work increased hours as needed to meet project deadlines and actively support customers globally.Key Relationships: Internal Stakeholders: Who : Reason and Nature of engagementa.
