Job Description

Qualification ? CA / M. Com / MBAExperience ? 10-15 years; Previous Experience in Oman Construction Industry Preferred.Job Summary? Oversees and manages the financial affairs of the division.? Preparation of the financial statements (Balance Sheet, Statement of Profit & Loss and Cash Flow Statement) in accordance with the allowed time line and applicable reporting frameworks.? Good knowledge in Project Costing & WIP report.? Preparation of Monthly MIS reports i.e. monthly project wise Income and expenses along with Budget comparison.? Able to handle the work pressure and meet the timely targets.? Monthly tracking the cost with Budget and profitability statements.? Arranging short-term and long-term funds from banks and financial institutions to meet working capital, long-term fund requirements for the division.? Reducing the cost of borrowing from commercial banks.? Responsible for Long-term planning and financial projections.? Treasury and cash flow management for the Division.? Receivables and Payables Management; (Responsible for Accounts receivables follow up).? Scrutiny of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), VAT Returns, Stock statements, Fixed Asset Register and Depreciation Statement.? Managing all Operational Banking activities including Trade Finance such as opening Letter of Credit, Guarantee?s, Tender Bonds, import Payment.? Payroll management (Approval of National & Expatriates salaries and settlements).? Finalization of VAT & Income Tax Liability after verification.? Liaison with internal and Statutory Auditors & Bankers.? Preparation of Project Finance Report (Projected cash flow statement) and arranging new facilities from Banks for short term and long term needs.? Identifying and implementing effective cost control measures.?
