Our portfolio of pioneering technology products works seamlessly to provide on-site, real-time data solutions.Partner with the bestYou will be providing customers service solutions to address their critical rotating machinery assets, protection, monitoring systemAs a Lead Machinery Diagnostics Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing Rotating and Reciprocating Machinery Diagnostics jobs at Customer?s site.
  • Handling the configuration and optimization of Bently Nevada Software?s for their effective usage.
  • Performing Data Collection Analysis & Report preparation for machinery problem diagnostics.
  • Performing Remote Machinery and System Audit using Remote Access Service.
  • Assuring the job is executed in a timely manner and in accordance with the customer?s schedule.
  • Identifying problems and take the initiative to eliminate those problems for project success.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have Minimum four-year Bachelor of Engineering degree from an accredited college or university, preferably Mechanical Engineering background.
  • Have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience working in Energy and/or Oil & Gas industries in field maintenance of turbo machinery/vibration analysis diagnostics.
  • Have the ability to work under stressful working conditions.
  • Demonstrate Good computer skills using MS Operating Systems, specifically Windows Server & application S/W such as MS office, Access etc.
  • Have Electronics and/or mechanical trouble shooting skills.
  • Demonstrate ?Hand-on approach?.
  • Have Knowledge of various type of rotating machines.
  • Have process knowledge of power plants (coal & gas based), refineries, petrochemical plant, etc.
  • Have knowledge of ADRE & System 1 or other diagnostic tools.
  • Have Experience in maintenance or condition monitoring of rotating and reciprocating machines including centrifugal compressors, gas turbines, steam turbines, pumps etc is a plus.
  • Knowledge of other Asset Management techniques such as Lube oil analysis, Thermography, Alignment etc will be given preference.
