An Application Laboratory Technician & eScential coordinator with the global leader in the creation of Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrance & Beauty, and providing critical support for our Creative Fragrance Consumer Products Sales team and Customers in Algeria while being based in our Algiers office -?Your future position?Fragrance is at the heart of Givaudan. We have a selection of key competencies present in each region.To further support our new ways of working and strategic initiatives in the region, we are now hiring for a??Creative?Fragrance Application Lab Technician & eScential coordinator?. As an Application Lab Technician, you will manage the lab activities and prepare Fragrance applications on different bases, meeting the needs of the Customer?s under the guidance of the Fragrance Development teams while ensuring quality and accuracy. As an additional responsibility as the eScential coordinator within the Algeria Sales team, you will manage the data, oil stocks, and illustrations for the?Fragrance gallery and library.You will be based in our Algiers office in Algeria and will directly report to the Fragrance Technical Head for South Asia, Middle East, and Africa with a dotted line to the Algeria Country manager. The role offers excellent opportunities for both personal and professional development.In this role, you will:Bring your passion:As an Application Lab technician -?

• Apply fragrances to consumer products when assigned.
• Excellent administration of lab materials and management of the laboratory.
• Perform colour matching and recommend dyes as per Customer request.?

As an eScential coordinator -?

• Maintain the quality of internal fragrance database tools according to business needs.
• Provide support to the Fragrance Library team in managing the addition of new fragrances to the internal?fragrance selection tool.

• Follow the application process and prepare samples with quality, speed and accuracy.
• Support the formulation development and preparation of internal bases.

As an eScential coordinator -?

• Manage the data, oil stock, and illustrations for the fragrance gallery and library.

Drive efficiencies and excellence:As an Application Lab technician -

• Ensure and maintain a clean and orderly laboratory environment and the lab equipment?s following EH&S?guidelines and good laboratory practices.
• Administration of sample requests and ordering of fragrance oils.
• Record and communicate results accurately and promptly in our internal system.
• Management of fragrance oils, customer bases, and internal base inventories.

As an eScential coordinator -?

• Manage the fragrance database by adding all the necessary data and inputs from the fragrance development teams.?
• Coordinate and support the set-up of exhibitions of the fragrance library collections.
