Our sales team play a strategic role in building customer relationships and creating new sales opportunities.Join our cutting-edge Finance team!As a Cash Collector & Billing you will collaborate with our Sales and Operations teams, processing customers invoices in a fast paced environment. You will work with a global team of billers to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.As Cash Collector & Billing, you will be responsible for: Following an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and have the ability to resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning. Communicating actively with customers (inbound and outbound calls, emails) Verifying applications for credit and solicits payment on overdue accounts. Managing delinquent accounts, incomplete file, rejected & disputes items. Cooperating closely with other teams (Operations, Commercial, Finance) Influencing customers, negotiating, and building long term business relationships. Supporting the preparation of periodic and ad hoc reports for applicable areas as requested by management (cash forecast & analysis). Looking after billing tasks : responsible for billing preparation, backups gathering and submission to customer.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor s degree from an accredited university or college. Have 4+ years of experience in cash collections (in Oil&Gas industry preferred). Have flexibility to travel across different customers sites within Algeria.
