HR OfficerJob Location : UAEMain responsibilities :?Analyze, develop and implement HR strategies and initiate aligned with the overall business strategies.?Responsible for talent attraction, talent management, employee development, compensation & benefits and personnel related affairs.?Implement performance appraisal systems.?Must ensure compliance with all relevant laws & regulation.?Must be aware of Health sector policies.Requirement:?Bachelor?s degree in Human resource or BBA with specialization in HR, MBA in HR could be an advantage.?Minimum two years experience as a HR officer, with in the Health industry.?Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic could be an advantage.?Experience with employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
