Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Head of Finance for their client in Dubai which is a group of multispecialty˙hospitals in UAE.We are looking for qualified accountants (CA / CMA / CPA / equivalent qualifications) with a minimum of 10 to 15 years of current work experience in a hospital or a large group of medical centers within corporate / group level.The job requires the candidate to have good˙knowledge and experience˙of finance - cash flow management, data analysis, forecasting models and budgeting in the healthcare industry / hospitals and medical centers at the group level.Will be responsible for overseeing and leading the team of accountants, forecasting, risk assessment, developing financial strategies, profit and cost analysis, ensure compliance of internal audits and all accounting activities with financial regulation The position reports to the˙CFO.Candidates without current / recent experience within a hospital setting would not qualify for this vacancy.Salary : Aed 30,000 per month plus family benefits.
