Principal Responsibilities: ? Maintain high knowledge in customer service ? Communication with patient respectfully and patiently ? Cash Collection ? Opening File and making new patient file ? Knowing all services of the center ? Hospitality like standing up when patient or VIP ? Guiding all patient to correct direction ? Closing all cash to cashier accordingly
