BASIC FUNCTION

?A legal Advisor will be responsible in providing legal assistance and advice.
The responsibilities of a Legal Advisor include drafting legal documents, structuring solutions for issues, and providing support in legal issues.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.
Providing advice on legal matters
Drafting legal opinions, memorandum, and briefing documents and making sure that everyone is adhering to them
Draft, review, edit, interpret and advise on contracts and other legal documents
Reviewing legal material
Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes
Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses
Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
Draft and revise company policies
Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk
Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed
Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance
Processing all classes of commercial claims in an efficient and timely manner
Maintain company records on claims
To maintain current knowledge with regard to industry compliance and claims regulation
Maintaining quality and customer service standards keeping accurate records and ensuring client records on our software is up to date
