We are looking for chefs?with experience in contemporary?pan Asian. Our restaurant is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.?We are looking for?1- chef/assistant chef with great experience and solid culinary skills.?The chef must?have:?- Experience in Asian cuisine including Thai, Chinese, and popular Japanese dishes.- Experience in Korean and/or Vietnamese cuisine would be a strong addition.- Experience in Peruvian restaurant would be great as well.- Able to create fusion and contemporary dishes with European, South American and Middle Eastern cuisines.-Must be knowledgeable about creating menus according to the customers? needs and familiar with the whole process of restaurant operation.2-?Sushi chef /cooks with experience in Japanese cold and hot cuisines.?- He must have worked in contemporary Japanese restaurants?- Experience in an asian country is an addition.?* Strong experience in preparing Asian and Chinese cuisine?* knowledge of creating and crafting menu filled with Asian flavors* Deep knowledge of equipment used in kitchen* Profound knowledge about beverage varieties* Good understanding of people management and gastronomy* Ability to perform during busy periods and work stressed circumstances* Ability to delegate tasks and manage multiple activities in parallel* Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities* Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs* Arrange for equipment purchases and repairsSalary:?- Depends on experience.?
