Cost AccountantResponsibilities:?Analyze costs of food and beverage production, catering services, and other operational expenses to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.?Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures to track expenses, inventory levels, and profitability.?Monitor inventory levels and analyze inventory turnover rates to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.?Prepare regular financial reports, including cost variance analysis, budget vs. actual performance, and profitability reports for management review.?Collaborate with purchasing and procurement teams to negotiate favorable pricing and terms with suppliers and vendors.?Conduct regular audits of financial records and inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.?Assist in the development of pricing strategies for menu items and catering services to ensure profitability while remaining competitive in the market.Eligibility:?Applicants must be residents of Kuwait and have Visa 18 (transferable), with excellent computer skills and menu engineering knowledge.??
