The position:This position offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified, and self-driven Senior Internal Audit Manager. As a key member of the team, your role is crucial to ensure independent execution on risk consulting and internal audit projects, coaching and developing staff, and improving the clients service quality.Responsibilities:? Develops a portfolio of businesses by building a team, developing methodology, and focusing on clients requirements.? Responsible for overall supervision of assignments within the department in the following areas: Governance; Risk management; Forensic; Investigations; Internal control; Internal Audit, resourced from a combined pool of staff to achieve client satisfaction combined with targeted operational deliverables? Reporting into a management team of partners and directors working towards the achievement of departmental goals and targets? Working to deadlines and within budgets on each assignment? Management of the firm?s relationship with clients including service delivery and co-ordination of service offerings from other departments? Leading the department / practice development and internal initiatives? Managing and developing team members
