Job Description

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.Responsibilities

  1. Preparing reports or data as per requested by Chief accountant or CFO when needed.
  2. Payroll Reviewing & Uploading.
  3. Support month-end and year-end close process
  4. Prepare Assets Depreciation, Prepaid Sheets & Accruals then report to Chief accountant
  5. Dealing with GR, HR, Purchasing Department, Doctors & Co-ordinators.
  6. Prepare the Doctor?s Commission Calculations .
  7. All Journal Entries, Receipts Vouchers, Cash payments And Maintain Record For All Vouchers
  8. Payment Vouchers support
  9. Enter All Monthly Expenses
  10. Prepare Monthly Staff Deduction Sheet
  11. Monthly Staff Cost Allocation
  12. Maintain Record for All Purchase Vouchers
  13. Preparing VAT
  14. Any work assigned by Chief accountant or CFO
