The Regional Relationship Manager (RRM) will be responsible for a regional hub and lead, manage, motivate and support the onsite teams of Relationship Managers to engage and service employers in the supermarket and hypermarket sector. The RRM should have strong ability to develop a high performing team and build strong relationships with employers and strategic partners across the private and government sectors. The RRM Manager should be able to travel to all hub sites on a regular basis.
