Responsible to ensure the best selling items are available in all shops in right quantity.
Responsible to transfer the slow moving items to Sellable shops for all retail stores/kiosks.
Responsible to issue Sales Analysis monthly report for Miss L showing the all sales figures YTD Vs. last year by BU, by store, by category, by price point.
Preparing all re orders for stores & Kiosks based on the sales analysis report and stock level.
Follow up on new models production both local & outsourced and to make sure its delivered on time to all shops.
Preparing and sharing with team KPI reports showing achievements Vs. target, Unit by transaction UBT, value per transaction VPT and average sales on a weekly basis.
Preparing and sharing with team monthly rewards and incentive files.
Planning and implementing necessary stock actions for Miss L items (re-price and promotion).
Keeping a track on packing material items and its consumption and ordering.
Follow up on daily sales by shop (retail, kenaz, e-com & miss L kiosks) and ensure perfect replenishment?
Monitor brand performance by category by shop and prepare weekly reports.
Monitor treasury stocks by channel (Retail, Kenaz & E-com) and propose production / replenishment plans to cover sales.
Support Miss L kiosks with requested stocks, plvs, etc.?
