The Assessment Officer is responsible for the registration and assessment process for job seekers wishing to join the On-the-Job Training Programme. They will conduct initial eligibility checks and assessments, which will include an eligibility check and a review of job readiness based on skills, motivation levels, attitude and assessment of any barriers. They will be responsible for the multi-channel process to manage job seeker enquiries/applications and onboarding them onto the program.??????????Provide a welcome and first point of contact service for all job seekers.?????????Review eligibility, support job seekers to undertake suitability assessments and create profiles on our CRM system to match to live vacancies. ?????????Provide initial telephone-based support. ?????????Work with the job seeker to conduct a Careers Profile Assessment to measure the job seeker?s individual strengths and preferences to match them against specific career sectors.?????????Ensure all the correct documentation is collated and uploaded on to the portal and Maximus 360 CRM.?????????Create and manage the job seeker file on Maximus 360.?????????Provide support to users throughout the process, until the user is successfully onboarded?????????Provide remote, light-touch services for jobseekers, such as support to access vacancies; answer questions; provide helpful information / guides.?????????Create an OJT Action Plan for each job seeker to outline the training program (including any tailored training requirements based on the job seeker profile) for their first 16 weeks in employment.
