Job Description

Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports. Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide documentation for the purpose of supporting all financial transactions.
  • Provide all daily banking activities & reports including processing payment transfer.
  • Prepare payment vouchers.
  • Deal with suppliers, prepare supplier aging report and supplier statement reconciliation.
  • Collection of dental lab/hospital invoices and prepare summary.
  • Receive, check & review all the requests initiated for management approval.
  • Process cash flow of expenses for bank account.
  • Process nurses? hours work allocation on monthly basis.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned by CFO to meet the needs of the company.
