Job Description

  • Responsible for all maintenance operations to make sure the assets are well maintain.
  • Making sure that all residence are happy by keeping and meeting high standard of maintenance operations.
  • Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and all related components.
  • Perform preventive maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and all related components.
  • Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods;?Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts.
  • Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work and?Organizing routine servicing schedules and Allocating work to a team of technicians.
  • Carrying out quality inspections on jobs.
  • Preparing the Maintenance records for each machineries and tasks.
  • Procurement of fixtures, fittings or components and?checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate
  • Diagnosing breakdown problems;??and?fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed?and recalibrating instruments.
  • Oiling and cleaning machinery and parts overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule.
  • Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment and monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
  • Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns and organizing teams to make sure 24-hour cover is available.
  • To be thoroughly familiar with all Regulations regarding safety at work and observe this meticulously at all times.
  • To observe cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion of work.
  • Always ensure to save Energy whenever possible. Specially Air Conditioning System at the Recreation Centre.
  • Always support and work as a team with colleagues.
  • Report immediately of any breakdown.
  • To ensure all the necessary spare parts are available in the store room at all the time
